My name is Kristi, and I am a part-time personal trainer / group fitness instructor -- full time fitness addict. I started this website to share a few ideas on fitness, eating right, being healthy, and having fun with it.
I enjoy running, weight training, spinning, and helping others get into shape. It was through my own experience with a personal trainer that I became interested in fitness instruction. After working out on my own and getting mediocre results, I did tons of research, changed my diet, got a personal trainer, and finally got the results I wanted.
